All price quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Orders must be confirmed in writing. Changes to an order after confirmation may affect the cost and delivery timeline and must be approved in writing by both parties.

Lead times are estimated based on current capacity and material availability. While we strive to meet all deadlines, Voyager Engineering is not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to supply chain disruptions or acts of nature.

Voyager Engineering agrees to treat all client information and project details as confidential. Similarly, clients agree not to disclose any proprietary methods or trade secrets of Voyager Engineering without prior written consent.

Voyager Engineering will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Liability for defective products is limited to repair, replacement, or refund, at our discretion.
